IMC Women's Fitness Center was founded by Arash Dibazar in San Jose, California over a decade ago. Our highly skilled trainers help students change their bodies and minds with fun, energetic fitness classes that make working out a healthy addiction again. To better serve our students who are out of the local area, Rockell's IMC Fitness X was created to bring real synergy of the body and mind to the women of the world.

Whether you are 55 and have access to a full gym, or are 19 and have limited materials to work out with, IMC Fitness X adapts to your schedule and environment so that you can tone up no matter what your situation is.

You can't out-exercise a bad diet. In order to earn the body of your dreams, you have to fuel your body with the right foods to help get you there.
IMC Fitness X includes nutrition coaching and meal plans for all students. These personalized meal plans are designed to work with every dietary consideration, including vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.
By learning how to get the right nutrients into your body (and making it taste great, too!) you'll soon find that eating clean is the only way to go if you want to have the body of a goddess.
We take pride in our students' results, and therefore hold them accountable for their own training. Because this is an online program, students must be self-disciplined and train to the degree that they want to see results.
