Below you will find a Day in a Detox. You absolutely don't have to eat that many meals but you can if you feel your body needs it. Main Focus is to get back in tune with making your body feel good an give it nutrients so it feel energized and clean.

A Day in the Detox
Below is an example of some of the foods you can eat. Drink at least 8 glasses (8 oz.each ) of water daily, and supplement based on what your body needs.
BREAKFAST
8 oz. warm lemon water
-1 serving fruit
- 1 serving protein (eggs 3+ servings vegetables
- 1/2 Avocado or 2 Tbsp Peanut or Almond Butter
- Green Juice or Vegan Protein Shake
- Also an option for No Breakfast
AM SNACK
8 oz. water
-1 serving fruit
-1 Cup Veggies
-1 Vegan Protein Shake
-1 Hard boiled Egg
-15 Almonds
LUNCH
16 oz. water
-1 serving good fat
-3+ servings vegetables
(3- 4 oz Protein Optional)
- Big Salad
- Green Juice
PM SNACK
8 oz. water
-2+ servings vegetables 1 serving fruit
- Sting Cheese
- Hand full of pop corn
- celery and peanut butter
DINNER
16 oz. water
-1 serving protein
1 serving good fat
3+ servings vegetables
Late Night Snacks
-Hand full of your Favorite Chips or Popcorn
-A piece of Dark Chocolate
-Cool Whip and Strawberries
-Crystal Light
