1 medium watermelon
2 tubs fat free, sugar-free cool whip
1/2 cup Strawberries (sliced)
1. Cut the ends off of the watermelon so it can sit flat
2. Sit the watermelon on the cutting board with the cut side down and start to slice off the outside skin until you end up with a cylinder cake shape
3. Make even slices through the watermelon to create the 'layers'
4. Layer the cool whip and fruit between each of watermelon as well at the outside to create your cake
