Total Body Burn
Total Body Burn is for any age, body type, or fitness level. This class incorporates Kickboxing, Interval Training, Pilates, yoga and conditioning exercises to increase flexibility, posture, strength, and enhance self-confidence. This class is designed specifically for women like you to trim and sculpt your body into your desired look. Your body will look and feel different after just one Total Body Burn class with Electra.
Flirt 'n' Twerk Fitness
Flirt & Twerk classes with Hannah are broken down into two sections. The first half is a high-energy dance party that gets the heart rate going, melts fat and burns calories. The second half is a sexy aerobics style workout that tones the entire body. This class is designed for all levels of dance experience and fitness, and is a great way for shy dancers to learn how to move in a safe, fun environment. Have fun, feel sexy, and come party!
Women's Dance Workshop
IMC's Women's Dance Workshop starts off with light stretching, then warms students up with drills across the floor to improve technique and stage presence mindset. Every Saturday features a different type of choreography to learn and practice after the warm up. Styles taught in this class switch from Sexy Hip-Hop, Street Jazz, and Lyrical, to Belly Dancing. Each class is geared toward feeling sexy and confident while performing choreography. This class is great for bringing in girlfriends to have a blast while learning to dance with different styles. No experience is necessary and dancers of all skill levels are welcome.
Tight Core and Slim Waist
Tight Core & Slim Waist combines core work with Pilates, yoga, ballet, and dance principles to stretch, tone and lengthen muscles. This class is like no other, letting you change your muscles and burn fat in just a short amount of time. Using light resistance to tone, sculpt and isolate every muscle like never before, Hannah will show you the way to work those muscles and change your entire body.
Tone and trim cardio is specifically designed to get you lean and toned with a combination of cardio and sculpting using light weights and your own body weight to get you slim in all of the right places and toned in all of the right places.
Energy Yoga with Electra combines all styles of yoga, from the deep stretches of Yin to a light Vinyasa flow, at the same time integrating the strength of Power Yoga and the healing benefits of Restorative Yoga. This class is designed to stretch, rejuvenate and strengthen muscles, while clearing and refocusing the mind. Energy Yoga is for students of all levels. Leave this class feeling Revitalized, Energized, Refreshed and with a clear and calm state of mind.
Fit and Lean Bootcamp
Designed for the most dedicated, determined students, Fit & Lean Bootcamp guarantees a total body transformation in a short amount of time. This special program features exercises that are designed to shape your body into that lean form that everyone desires. This is an intense workout that will leave you feeling strong in both your body and mind.
